A dramatic burst of fire from a teppanyaki grill during an evening performance

The Experience

Ninety minutes
of theatre.

Spatula tricks, the fire master, egg ping-pong, the cucumber toss, the onion volcano and the flame pour. Highly interactive, full of laughter, and cooked to order in front of every guest.

How it works

Four steps between
you and the party.

No venue to book, no reservation to fight for, no driving home afterwards. Everything packs into a van and parks in your driveway.

  1. 01

    Lock your date

Pick a date, a time slot and your headcount. A refundable $50 deposit holds the chef — the balance is settled after the party.

  2. 02

    Build the menu

Each guest picks their proteins — how many depends on your package. Upgrade to filet, scallops or lobster if you want. Allergies and dietary needs are handled per guest.

  3. 03

We roll up and set up

Your chef arrives 30–45 minutes early with the teppanyaki grill, propane and every ingredient. What you set out depends on your package.

  4. 04

    The show starts

Onion volcanoes, flying shrimp, flaming pours and a full hibachi dinner cooked in front of your guests. Clean-up is on us.

Who brings what

We bring the show.
You pick the package.

What we set up and what you set out depends on the package you choose.

We provide

  • Professional teppanyaki grill & propane

The show

Seven things your guests
will film.

A chef behind a tall wall of flame on the grill

The onion volcano

Stacked rings, oil in the centre, one strike. It gets a gasp at every single party — four thousand and counting.

Meat searing on a flat-top as flames rise

The fire master

A controlled column of flame off the flat-top, timed to the moment the steak hits the garlic soy butter.

Guests raising and clinking glasses at an outdoor table

The flame pour

For guests 21 and over, poured from height and caught mid-air. Children get the same trick with a soda bottle.

Plus spatula tricks, egg ping-pong, the cucumber toss and flaming torches — all of it interactive, and all of it aimed at whoever in your party is willing to open their mouth.
